Fieldwork in spectacular weather

Close your windows

Despite temperatures remaining constant and an hour of sunshine, the energy for heating has increased the last hour due to many room windows being left open. We made a few assumptions and created this chart that illustrates the increase in the use of energy to heat rooms compared to the overall energy used to heat the campus.

We already got the average for the heater consumption of energy!

Working with the data!

Image
Using the data collected from the first hours this team is plotting some graph and making some cool estimation!

Collected our "Energy meter" and making final plans for how to calculate energy in student village. ready to go!!!
Further planned today. Collecting data concerning volume and area of windows in order to have the same measurements when calculating energy used for heat from group A to group B. We have also have counted the number of lights and their power (in watts), so that we can quickly see whether they are on or off, and then make a calculation. Getting ready for the money

Image
This is Group 14, and we're ready to collect the money. Unfortunately, Amalia will not be able to join us for this project, but will help us if needed. Today we met up in Kantina to plan. Below you can see our wonderful hard at work, as well as small extracts of the results of our planning session. We have set up times for each other, as well as discussed what must be included in our estimation of the hourly consumption of electrical energy. This included both houses and rooms which must be included, as well as where energy is used.    Hour K building A building E Building 12 13 14 time Group Group A Group B 12-16 A leo Daniel 16-20 B joy Otto 20-01 A dickyi 01-06 B 6-9 A 9-12 B
